Michael D. Johnson, P.E.

Director

Michael D. Johnson, P.E. He earned a Master of Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Engineering from City College of New York. He holds additional certifications from Harvard University and the University of Michigan. His certifications include construction contract administrator, municipal engineer, and recycling coordinator.
