Substitution of Corporate Officers
A Substitution of Corporate Officers Application shall be filed when the cumulative amount of change in the stock is less than 50% since the last transfer or new application, or when election of new corporate officer/member takes place. The application must be accompanied by a Stockholder Affidavit for each of the stockholders. The application will be scheduled for a Public Hearing. Personal Information Sheets must also be completed with the substitution of corporate process along with proof of legal status.
The fee for this application is $250, payable by Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order to Prince George’s County.
