Weather Alert

The Department of Public Works & Transportation (DPW&T) is taking proactive steps to ensure winter weather safety:

  • Primary and secondary roads will be pre-treated ahead of the snowfall.
  • Crews will be ready to salt and plow as needed during the storm.
  • Crews will address icy patches, hills, and other problem areas as necessary.

What You Can Do

  1. Avoid unnecessary travel during the snow and peak precipitation hours.
  2. Park in driveways or off-road locations to allow easier access for snowplows and salt trucks.
  3. Call PGC311 or file a report through the PGC311 app to report hazardous conditions such as downed trees or icy patches.
