Applying

Building Permit applications are completed online, and all new commercial building construction projects must be submitted through our Momentum portal.

Requirements

The following are required when applying for a Commercial Fence Permit:

  • Site/Plot Plans Showing Fence Location. Ensure fence locations — and fire hydrant locations — are highlighted on the plans. All gates must be 20 feet wide.
