Leasing / Lease Administration

The Land Acquisition and Real Property Division (LARP) delivers strategic property and workplace solutions across County government. We are responsible for managing the central government’s general-purpose leasing portfolio—treating it as a strategic asset to unlock greater value.

By optimizing how we use leased properties, we drive efficiencies and enhance effectiveness through:

  • Ownership and management of the central government’s general-purpose leasing portfolio.
  • Partnerships with client agencies to achieve the best outcomes for residents, taxpayers, civil servants and local businesses.

LARP plays a key role in delivering the County’s real estate transformation agenda and supporting broader government priorities for rapid growth and strengthening our communities.

Our team is made up of seasoned commercial real estate professionals from both public and private sectors. With a wide range of expertise in property management, we combine the professionalism of civil service with the agility and performance mindset of a private-sector firm.

We bring commercial insight and negotiation strength to government real estate, helping client agencies achieve their strategic, mission-critical goals—while leveraging the full power of government to secure the best possible value.
