About the Office of Central Services 


The Office of Central Services (OCS) is committed to delivering high-quality goods and services to both internal and external stakeholders across Prince George’s County. Through continuous improvement and outstanding team performance, we strive to meet the evolving operational needs of County government with excellence and efficiency.


OCS oversees a wide range of centralized support services, including facilities operations and management, fleet management, real estate and construction services, asset management, graphics and reproduction and mail and courier services. Our ultimate goal is to strengthen County Government operations, enhancing the government’s ability to serve the citizens, residents and business community of Prince George’s County.
