The Bridge Center at Adam’s House

The Bridge Center at Adam’s House is a one-stop shop providing wrap-around health and human services to returning citizens, transitional-aged youth, and Veterans. It is an inter-agency collaboration between the Health Department, Department of Social Services, and Department of Family Services. 

The Bridge Center is a “no wrong door” service center for county residents, the staff assists clients in overcoming any challenges or barriers they face in reentering the community from incarceration or as a transitional-aged youth or Veteran. The Bridge Center partners with over 30 community providers to comprehensively address any need that a client presents, from medical care to GED enrollment. 

The Bridge Center provides services to over 2,000 residents each year and maintains a client re-offending rate of less than one percent.

  • Mental health & substance use treatment
  • GED/College enrollment help
  • Medical care
  • Family reunification services

How Much Does It Cost?

There is no cost for any of our services.

Who Can Get Help?

  • Prince George’s County residents
  • Ages 18 and older
  • Returning citizens, transitional-aged youth (18-25), or Veterans

Hours of Operation

The Bridge Center at Adams House hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm.
