Patient Support

We support patients with:

  • A strong clinical and community support system. Working with local healthcare providers and backed by a network of community health workers, PreventionLink removes known barriers to care, such as access, affordability, transportation, and financial and social support.
  • Free and low-cost options. We are leading the way in healthcare by providing participants with free or low-cost options and greater access to essential healthcare services.
  • Healthcare access using technology.
