Vital Records Office is Moving

The Vital Records Brightseat Road location will be permanently closed starting June 23, 2025, to allow for relocation and setup at a new facility.

New Vital Records Location Opens June 30

All services will resume on Monday, June 30, 2025, at our new location. This includes all services previously provided at our former location, including death certificates, birth certificates, and other vital records.
