Vital Records Office Relocating to Cheverly Health Center
Vital Records Office is Moving
Please be advised that the Vital Records Office will be closed to the public during the week of June 23–27, 2025, to allow for relocation and setup at a new facility.
New Vital Records Location Opening June 30
All services will resume on Monday, June 30, 2025, at our new location. This includes all services previously provided at our former location, including death certificates, birth certificates, and other vital records.

Hours of Operation
- Mondays - 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Tuesdays - 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Wednesdays CLOSED
- Thursdays - 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Fridays- 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Old Vital Records Location Closing June 23
The Vital Records Brightseat Road location will be permanently closed starting June, 23 2025.
