Immigration Background Check

Records will provide a local criminal history check for immigration related applications. This is a Record Check for ADULT Criminal Charges that occurred in Prince George's County ONLY, where Prince George's County Police responded and/or charged an individual. Information regarding arrest disposition must be requested through the court.

You must present a government issued photo ID in order to obtain a police Immigration Background Check. The fee for this service is $20. Fees are payable by money order, business check and credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. There is a credit card service charge of $1.50 per transaction.
