Records Management Division
The Records Management Division receives, stores, releases, and disposes departmental records in accordance with the records retention schedule. The Records Management Division is comprised of the Intake Unit, Legal Unit, Teletype Unit, Validations, Departmental Mail Services, Maryland Public Information Act Unit, and the Civilian Director, as the Custodian of Records. The main mission for the Records Management Division is to receive, store, release and dispose of departmental records in accordance with the records retention schedule. The Records Management Division staff works tirelessly to store, organize, and fulfill requests in a timely manner, often on the same day or the next business day.

Access to Police Records and Parking
To access the Police Records you must use the door on 43rd avenue. You can not use the courthouse or the police station to get to the Records Office.
Parking is available in the public garage on 43rd avenue.
